- Delivery Times: If you choose to pick up your order from an ACS Courier location, it typically takes 1 to 1.5 days if dispatched in the morning. Home or office deliveries generally take 1-2 days. To ensure a smooth delivery, the courier will contact you 10-15 minutes before arrival to arrange a convenient time.
- Holiday Season: Please note that during holiday periods, there may be slight delays in delivery times due to the increased demand for courier services.
- Conditions: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging to qualify for an exchange.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned product back to us, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement product.
