To ensure a smooth delivery, the courier will contact you 10-15 minutes before arrival to arrange a convenient time.
- Holiday Season: Please note that during holiday periods, there may be slight delays in delivery times due to the increased demand for courier services.
- Conditions: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging to qualify for an exchange.
