- Delivery Times: If you choose to pick up your order from an ACS Courier location, it typically takes 1 to 1.5 days if dispatched in the morning. Home or office deliveries generally take 1-2 days. To ensure a smooth delivery, the courier will contact you 10-15 minutes before arrival to arrange a convenient time.
- Holiday Season: Please note that during holiday periods, there may be slight delays in delivery times due to the increased demand for courier services.
- Conditions: Returned products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging to qualify for an exchange.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned product back to us, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement product.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned items or changes of mind. However, you may exchange the returned product for another item of equal or lesser value within 14 days.
